Return Policy
We conditionally accept returns and provide refunds for defective products. Refunds will be returned to the card the purchase was charged on, within 10 business days of the return. Exchanges are possible for gift store items, if item is undamaged and returned within 5 days of purchase.
Defective products do not include:
1. Printed items that the customer requests additional edits to requiring a reprint once delivered when final proofs were provided to and approved by the customer prior to printing
2. Printed items when final files were provided by the customer with typos or other errors
Graphics charges are non-refundable. Graphics charges will be charged on jobs that graphics were required even if the job does not go to print.
